Resolutions

ERA-NC Alliance is working with entities across the state to adopt resolutions supporting ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment by the NC General Assembly. If you live in one of these counties or municipalities, or affiliate with any of the listed organizations, we invite you to send a thank you card expressing your appreciation! If yours is not listed here, scroll down the page for resources to start the resolution process in your community.

We encourage you to make this a project, using our guides and sample resolutions. If your county, municipality or organization hasn’t adopted a resolution in support of ratification of the ERA, the Alliance invites you to use these resources to advocate for resolutions.
